When do I receive my order?
Orders placed on business days (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the next business day. Under normal circumstances, your order will arrive the next working day if shipped to the Netherlands. Shipping abroad will take more time, at least 5 working days.
Please note: new legislation as of July 1, 2021
Due to the legislation regarding online alcohol sales, there will be changes as of 1 July 2021. Orders in The Netherlands may only be delivered to the delivery address (so not to the neighbors!). If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the package will be taken to a collection point. An age check (18+) is required before handing over.
Who will deliver my order?
DHL or PostNL is our partner for sending the packages.
Where can I find my invoice?
The invoice will be automatically sent to your specified email address.
Can I still change my order after checkout?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to adjust your order after checkout. You can call us to ask if your order has already been shipped. We may be able to cancel your order if your order has not yet been shipped.
Can I add a message to my order?
You can! Type your message in the 'comments field' when processing the order and we will make sure it is added to your order.
What are the shipping costs?
We charge €5.95 shipping costs within the Netherlands. From an order size of 75,- euro ex. VAT or more we no longer charge shipping costs. To other countries free shippings are not available (sorry!).
You can also pick up your order at our brewery, the shipping will be free of course. Picking up is possible on Monday and Thursday between 09:00 and 12:00 a.m. Please call in advance: +31-299-407913
